2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for providing accurate information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as photos, posts, comments, and display submissions), but you grant FindingLights permission to display, distribute, and make your content available within the platform.

You may not upload content that is:

• illegal
• offensive or harassing
• copyrighted without permission
• misleading or fraudulent

FindingLights reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

4. Premium Subscriptions

• FindingLights Premium is an optional subscription.
• Billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You manage billing and cancellation through your platform store account settings.

5. Advertising and Sponsorships

FindingLights may contain advertisements, sponsored displays, or promoted map pins.

6. Limitation of Liability

FindingLights is not responsible for:

• the accuracy of user-submitted content
• third-party displays or events
• travel decisions or outcomes based on listings

7. Changes to the Service

FindingLights may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms or for abusive behavior.
